BANG! BANG! The gun lobby hits its target
The Shooters Party in NSW used the trigger of the Winter Break in Parliament to push through an amendment, supported by Labor, to change the sensible restrictions on gun ownership in NSW. Why would Labor let itself be target practice for the gun lobby?

NSW Labor needs the Shooters Party to pass legislation in the Upper House of State Parliament. It is another example of a single issue party getting the balance of power on a whole series of bills they never said they had an opinion on before the last election.

The Greens are calling for a Royal Commission into the donations culture.
